Bowen for me. The elongated skinny arm really bugs me. I also like the face on the Bowen one better. Just looks more reminiscent of the Skrulls I remember.

BD is generic and the flaming hand is laughably bad. Looks like a marshmellow. the thing hand is way too small.
DF by a mile.

The Dynamic Forces Super Skrull bust is the only bust that I own that is not made by Bowen Designs. It has been one of my favorites for quite some time now, because of the detail and size. It's actually in scale with the full-size statues as you can see in the picture below, as SS battles it out against the Bowen (full-size) Thing. The DF Super Skrull bust gets my vote this time, but it was a close call.

They're both butt ugly but I'll side with BD on this one because of the face & scale.
