The super elite came in a collectors box, with a display stand. It also had a few more details. I think the major difference was the price. If I remember correctly I think it was around $100 more than the elite version.

Maybe I need to get into the diecast lighting biz.
But it must have taken a good amount of work that's for sure. But after you do a few I bet it gets easier.

Yeah, in the auction I think he said it took him about a week (may or may not be true) but it would have to get easier/faster the more you did. If I were him I would start cranking these out left and right, although few would pay that much for the added features.

I did get the 1/18 yesterday and it's amazing as expected.
Lots of pics out there already, what is needed now is 1/18 character figures and proton packs for this.

Nice. Was hoping to find a deal on ebay but will probably just order from BBTS. Must have.

Yes, the Super Elite 1966 Batmobile had more detail and more pieces which were metal vs plastic. The stand it's on is cool too.
The Ecto-1 looks like it can be had for about $130 on Ebay.

One thing that I didn't think of is the Ecto 1 is a looooooong vehicle so I can't park it next to my other 1/18 stuff the way I have things set up now. It needs lots of room!
