In the movie Bronson some scenes you can see that Tom is short. However he was much bulkier, so maybe they'll use cgi.

He wasn't really that much bulkier, he was in good shape though.
He's actually in a lot better shape in the MMA movie that's coming out.

I doubt we'll see any CGI with Bane. They should
have @ least given him lifts or something like that.

Nolan isn't going to let what's in the comic books affect the vision he has for the film. Especially when we already saw what Schumacher did with the character. Nolan might just want to distance himself from what was previously seen; I can't blame him. He just wants a bad ass to take on Batman. Hardy has shown that he can play that bad ass. So fans will just have to deal with it. I wouldn't be surprised if there's no mention of venom @ all.

He might just be presented as a super assassin brought in to take out Batman.

I don't know man, he looked much bigger in that film. But anyway, there's Venom because look at the scar on the back of his head-- that's where the tubes were implanted. So, I'm sure they might mention it as a back-story from aspects from Vengeance of Bane, but I don't think we're going to get that transforming abomination Schumacher passed of as Bane, and I'm fine with that.

I have a feeling this movie will be the worst of the Trilogy.
They should have named it Batman: Downfall.
