well from what i remember ..and SWC correct me if im wrong again.. the rspropmasters are cast form a lid that was used in the actual film. so i would have to say yes to the anal scrutiny ..

It is one of, if not the the most accurate Stormtrooper stunt helmets out there. It is simply beautiful (for those understanding all the warps on the real props) and some of the 501st are using it too. But this wil lhave a different feeling than the fiberglass MR/eFX Stormtrooper helmet
