I wasn't making an assumption, I was responding to somebody saying they seriously doubted the NRDs would be refunded.
Guess maybe I should have used the quotes to keep it in context if people didn't follow.

It's a shame someone who actually produces something gets stopped. Assuming this may be due to PCS getting into them now?

Your NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT has most likely gone to the factory to make the product. Do you think the factory is going to give it back lol? If you do get your NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT back consider yourself lucky, most likely came out of his own pocket. Which is why I stated that it’s highly unlikely you do receive it back. This always happens in the customs area if it goes south. Rarely do you see nice guys giving NRDs back.
Also the high NRD MYC charged was extra risky. This is why it is risky throwing NRDs at people and should always understand that things can go south quickly and you will lose your money.

For what it?s worth, on the FB page Michael is answering some questions but not questions about deposit and payment refunds? just passing along what I?m seeing.
