Yeah, still debating if I will keep the Duo. Will be hard to sell Supes with a custom base.

If I keep my duo order in, I'm more likely to sell off the Clark (and the base with it).
I'm still leaning towards contacting JND to shift my duo over to a single.

That's optimistic, considering JND state that the single is "sold out".....

It was showing as still available mid day yesterday.
Given how many people here claim to not see Reeve at all in the new sculpt, I was figuring the solo might linger a little while longer.
Guess not.
I do expect there will be some cancellations closer to release, so there might still be a chance.
A solo piece would be the smarter option for me for a number of reasons.
I'm not always smart though.

Unfortunately, Statue Forum is something of an echo chamber - with the same people repeating the same opinions.....it's easy to get the feeling that this somehow reflects the collecting mindset - when in fact, it rarely does....

I had a play around with the pics below just using Microsoft Word. All I did was use the eye from the statue and drop it down one space and rotate a tiny amount. A very minor adjustment but I think it shows how close the sculpt is. Hopefully JND haven't signed off on this and can make a couple of final tweaks. Be interested to know other people's thoughts.

I feel like I've seen a lot of comments like this on multiple JND portraits, that they get the profile right but face on looks wrong

Agreed…if anyone looks at that photo and can’t tell that is CR, I have serious doubts about their eyesight!
