maybe but i still think if hollywood wasnt trying to reinvent the wheel with properties that have been successful for decades with race bending, gender bending and political agendas they would be in a much better place. marvel themselves tried it with mavel now! to abysmal results and now disney has tanked their incredibly successful MCU flagship chasing the same fools errand. same with star wars, they just cant help themselves

Oh it does no good and angers the core audience. It is a problem.

The much bigger problem is Disney expects and to a large degree fans expect Disney to keep the same train rolling as was leading up to Infinity War. It is very hard to sustain the same music composition past its ending crescendo.
Eventually there's going to be some duds.

Marvel has been cherry picking the best of the best of these characters stories to make these movies. Disney was never going to constantly keep the attention of the mainstream audience indefinitely for this same stuff.

Even Ant Man 3 managed to PROFIT 150 million. Yes I know everything is relative but let that sink in.
