The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket.

This might not be the best Palpatine rendition but still a nice bust. With proper lighting the emperor will look very cool.

Well, yeah with lighting the shadows his face he'll look better, but I expect more from GG. Their first Darth Sidious/Emperor statue was simply amazing. Every aspect was done with care and the detail was seen even more with regular lighting. The ROTJ Emperor Palpatine is to me one of the most iconic characters and deservered the same care in his darkside ravaged body. I know some say GG does better with replicating helmets and creatures, but I don't agree. I can stare at my almost 50 bust collection and marvel at the amazing detail on such small statues. I think ROTJ Palpatine deserves a full statue. ONe of him just standing which shows all the malevalence his character personified....How about it GG?

Well,to each his own, besides I probably won't be able to purchase one for a while since they all get bought up before the general public gets a chance to order and then scum sucking ebayers sell them for super inflated prices. I see one guy is selling one for 199$ on there. I'll just settle for the superior ROTS Palpatine.

I agree a bit of shading in the facial area would have improved the look but other than that I'm quite pleased with how this on turned out.

Here is a pic of mine.

It has nothing to do with "shading"...! Where are the wrinkles? The pronounced forehead? the veins in his hands? and that hunched over pose, with his "teeny cane". I am one of GG biggest supporters, but I think people are just thinking,"well,it's good enough. I want the same attention they put on the ROTS palpatine on this one....does anyone not agree??

ROTS face is way better. I'm keeping that one on my top Sith bust shelf instead of the ROTJ one. It's a shame...I'd rather include classic Palpy there.
