Sculpts with characters wearing suits, robes etc = MIXED MEDIA. Scupts with characters wearing skin-tight costumes (eg Flash, Captain America etc) = SCULPTED

Even JND "got" this Forps' rule and applies it.

Thank God, Sideshow does not listen to casuals and still uses mixed media.

They are also useful to mop the floor from all of Sideshow's haters tears, now that she is destroying and KOing their "darlings", one after another.

So to sum it up.

1) Sideshow should cut 1/2 line (once and for all) and cut any ideas for 1/6 statue lines (it can keep her 1/6 dollies lines). Minimize 1/5 offerings (the Gambit/Rogue dio by Maria suffers from being 1/5).

2) Concentrate on 1/4 scale (her bread and butter). Only producing REALISTIC sculpts. Any non-realistic sculpt should be thrown in the garbage bin. The market at these prices demands REALISM.

3) Offer 3 or 4 (tops) 1/3 pieces this year from Marvel. A Captain America 1/3 sculpted by Master Martin (Canale) would be a nice 2nd piece in her 1/3 line.

Then slowly move to 1/3 DC by offering a 1/3 Harley sculpted by Will Godbottle.

4) GET BACK into LSB and 1/1. These pieces are "status" symbols and Sideshow should remain in this market just for prestige. In order to not be only correlated to 1/4 or 1/3 scale.

A LSB of lets say Lobo by GOD-hand sculptor Ryan Peterson or a LSB of Thanos but with a SET ES (or at least a TBD ES) at around 900-1000 bucks are going to sell like hot cakes.

A Thanos LSB should NOT be classic-style. It should follow the Thanos on Throne style. Realistic and also GINORMOUS.

5) She should also make 1 or 2 STATEMENT non-scale pieces per year. ENORMOUS pieces like the recent Optimus Prime by Prime1 or Cave Troll diorama. These STATEMENT pieces are going to LOSE money for Sideshow but the aim here is for Sideshow to create ENTHUSIASM around her name and have average Joes and clueless Tubers who get excited by size to also talk about Sideshow.

6) Keep MIXED MEDIA at all costs, no-matter-what some casuals cry about.

7) Sign an exclusive contract with Phillips, the guy has an IMMENSE TALENT. Assign him and Maria to work directly under Will Godbottle. They are going to produce masterpieces for the ages.

I can provide additional feedback but i want Sideshow's managers and her CEO to have time to write down, what the doctor, Forps, advised.

They did it ~ 1 year ago and Sideshow transformed from late 2023-early 2024 into a juggernaut.

2024's Sideshow takes no prisoners. She is ruthless!

Changed my comment regarding Daniel Bel's male sculpts (which were all missed for the ages, they all have this strong "custom statue" aura that still follows Bel). I don't want to be too harsh on him. Artists are sentitive "animals" and they take criticism of their projects to heart. Let's put it this way. Daniel Bel is BETTER SUITED for sculpting females than males and he along with Sideshow should take appropriate measures (assign him more female than male projects).

Male projects can be assigned to Harbottle, Canale and the new talent, Phillips (sign an exclusive contract with him Sideshow. NOW!!!)

Ohhhhhh and i forgot!

Sideshow got into 1/3 territory, got serious, cleaned the mess, brought Mark Newman back.
