Haha... I could only imagine Ghost Rider PF with real flame on his head.

Have you ever imagined a world with no hypothetical situations?

And I have no doubt that restriction had an effect on the characters they have chosen thus far.

I'm not sure why there has to be a debate over PF vs. Maquette/Comiquette. Basically, we ALL want an Iron Man movie statue in a large scale. Does it really matter which line it is done under? Not to me...just get the damn thing on your website and let me order it!

I agree, though this thread isn't in regards to a movie Iron Man, but yet another comic representation.

Ah, you are right...it's getting too confusing around here w/ all the IM threads.

I'd love another IM comiquette or maquette, but a IM PF is pointless. It would be solid polystone..that's not a PF. I'd just like another 1/4 scale IM. Movie or comic....I don't care..Movie would make more sense though at this point.

We can sit here and argue the technicalities of what makes a PF a PF. The reality is that Iron Man is very popular now and the comiquette was a hit. They'll make a museum pose PF or whatever just to cash in on the Iron Man hype. The cloth or mixed media may not be part of the statue but the base and they can still call it a PF.

Sideshow knows its core characters that sell. Iron Man is too hot of a property not to cash in.

Actually, to be a PF it just needs to be mixed media.

Statue = RESIN

Mixed Media = WIRING!! LEDS!! ELECTRONICS!!

Yeah, I know they did this on the Comiquette, but it would meet the definition of Mixed Media...
