Definitely a massive improvement and a better likeness.

I think this will be the definitive Christopher Reeve Superman statue for a long time.

Things could probably be further improved, but like they said they themselves won't ever be fully satisfied, so given the production duration I guess they would need to draw the line somewhere.

"On the other hand, if we took the time to work on a project till we're satisfied, we'd go bankrupt in no time.

Ultimately, what result we create within the time given to us and what improvements we make during the time we prepare for production has always been JND's strength."

Nice to see they did shift the iris over so that he doesn't look focused on something inches in front of his face.

It also looks like they got the neck right in girth and length.

Unfortunately the chin, mouth, and structure around them isn't as strong as it should be. They had those elements closer on the first sculpt IMO.
Yeah change in the position of the iris, along with better face proportions has made it so much better now.

I guess their good work on Pfeiffer was a fluke. Then again, there's still time for them to revisit and turn her into Madonna.

Although I see some improvements, I don't think they went with the right facial expression.

It looks bland, there is no personality. Looks like a doll.

I still don’t understand how the Clark Kent portrait looks perfect, and Superman looks off.
Why don’t they just use same portrait and change the hair?

They should show us all the photos from this photoshoot. Much better quality and lighting than the reveal video lighting
