Where do Prime 1 ship from? Do they ship from a US warehouse for US customers and from Japan for Asian customers? Or is it from Japan for everyone?

No US warehouse. They ship from Japan except MAYBE China and Australia ship strait from Chinese factories.

Both look good to me but I do miss the bats flying all around which really made the 1/3 Hush IMHO.

Not yet, Usually there's no noise, Sideshow just lists whatever by P1 will sell. I'd say once P1 puts them up for PO start watching Sideshow's site.
