I heard somewhere that the reason for the different base was due to after sculpting Grievous he was leaning too much forward...so they changed the base.

I heard the reason for the different base was due to the Grievous can't stand upword and falling down if use the normal base.

Has anyone tried to remove or cover the name on the base so it looks "clean" and a closer match to the rest? Or has no one had the courage to try something like that to their statue? lol

i can get my base get repainted but although I dont like the name on the base, Ild rather keep my statue original

Ok I took some pics of this statue today..here they are
(And yes I know I left the styrofoam pieces close to his armpits on the statue- I just left them there until I put him in his "final resting place" in my display)
