Yep, I tried my best to realigned them but I'm not 100% satisfied. Damn those plates are all bent due to poor casting. 
More WIP: I finished with the upper body, I need to finish the legs and I will go to the necromorph and base to make it extra sweet.

Looking awesome so far Cain.
Are you using/mixing a gold, bronze, or copper tone for your repaint? It has a very metallic look to it. Keep up the good work as many of us are salivating to see the final repaint. You may end up inspiring many of us to follow your lead.

Thanks Batstat73, it would be great to see more of this statue receiving the proper paint application , SS realy mess up with it.
For the armor I painted 2 layers of Humbrol copper paint.
Then I used two layer of orange ink from GW.
For rust effect I used the chestnut ink.
Et voilĂ-.
