Yes I wear high cut or hipster panties under the kilt. Again, as Homer Simpson said, its a comfort thing!
Oh & I had fun shopping at Victoria Secrets, Fredricks, and Macy's for those! All the salesgirls were so nice to me. The manager of the lingerie dept at Macy's liked me so much, she gave me 50% off my purchases! w00t
