Nah with money down for NRD I don't think I will. Listing approximate scale should not be an kind of a problem. Even the custom sculptors can list the scale while sculpting the piece.
Look at the Premium Format line, they state that it is 1:4 scale and most of the time there is no problems.
Also I have yet to see many people say anything about the scale of their premium formats or have an issue with it.
And if you like 1/5 scale you should be voting for this even more, because it will make the less popular scales have a smaller edition size and be more valuable in the long run.
More information just works better for the customer when they making and informed decision and are paying money up front.
Scale should be disclosed. It can be done and it should be done.
