Anyone want a Samus (Metroid) Statue from Koto?
I think a statue of Samus with her armor on but without her helmet just needs to be made. I don't think Sideshow would do it. Max Factory made the best version so far with the Zero Suit version. I think Kotobukiya could do the best job. Perhaps put Shunya Yamash!ta on it. I look at these drawings and want a statue similar to these. Anyone else?

No I wouldn't want one done by Shunya snf I don't like the poses you posted for a statue. I wouldn't want a museum pose of here. If it was a 1/6 scale polystone statue with a dynamic pose and base that fits the series location/theme I would be up for it.

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

More the theme than the poses in some ways. Since it was a big deal for old school NES Metroid fans who finished the game to find out that the "guy" in the suit is actually a girl.

Nope.
Samus is alright, but she's far from being one of my favorite gaming characters.

Please don't let Shunya anywhere near Samus. She's already been sexualized way too much the last few years letting him draw her would be one massive step back for the Samus image for another decade.
I would love a nice statue of a tough Samus in her armor with the helmet off. It would be great.

I think Metroid: Other M has done more damage to her image than anything else.
What a terrible game.

None of the recent Metroid games are as good as the NES and SNES games.

Sorry, but that just isn't true. The old Metroid games aged terribly. Super Metroid is still considered the best or one of the best games, but aside from that the Metroid games kept improving over the years. Fusion and Zero Mission were both great while the Prime games are easily the best in the franchise. Until Other M Metroid had steadily been improving.
