Aloy's face was definitely made chubbier in Forbidden West compared to Zero Dawn. Aloy looked just like Hannah Hoekstra in Zero Dawn but they had to make her worse in Forbidden West, which unfortunately seems to be a trend for female characters in western video games lately.

This is the case for sure, and could be said for western media in general, worst example is probably the upcoming Fable game though.
Here is a better example of what we mean. (Both pictures are leaning toward the view they want to express of course, this one picturing aloy in a way that isnt really representing how she looks in game but worse, iceddogs doing the opposite by higlighting one with a very high actress likeness). But point being this

I mean, lighting, angles, expression can all change how we see a person (or 3D model).
To each their own, but for me Aloy is very pleasing to the eye. Red braided hair warrior lady hunting robots? That's bad ass and hot.

I just bought Forbidden West Complete Edition and Aloy looks gorgeous on the cover. For $60, she better stay that way. They also made the lead in Star Wars Outlaws weird looking. The face model is a smoke show.

With SB being a PS5 exclusive, I'm sure P1 is working hard on an Eve statue as we speak. They love some PS games.
