Both the Bowen and Hard Hero are great, and I wouldn't part with either of them... but for me, the Hard Hero statue has the edge. The HH Cap looks more like the character from straight out of a classic Avengers comic... I like the dynamic pose and the commanding face.
I also like more static poses, like the one Bowen's Cap is in... but BD Cap's face looks a little too much like an anime character, and the head is rather small in proportion to the body.
In general, Bowen Designs' paint jobs are even better than Hard Hero's (which to date are clean and precise, but simple: pretty much the colors as they appear in the comics, with a minimum of shading and highlighting, and no metallic finishes (though I hear that HH Iron Man is going to change that.) But the gloves and boots on Bowen's modern Cap are in a dark red, for some reason, and the FS doesn't have the metallic sheen of the MB.
Just my two cents.

Bowen for me. I like the HH version a lot, but I wish he wasn't bending backwards. It looks a bit awkward. The Bowen Cap is probably the one statue I would keep above all others.

I like the Bowen piece the best. Unfortunately, i waited to late and couldn't get one. Have the DST version and am very pleased with it.

i like the HH and Bowen. My problem w/each is:
Bowen - neck is lined up with trap, not spine (you can see that from rear pic)
HH - neck is too far to the shoulder and back is too exaggerated

HH has a great face, but pose just seems awkward.
The no frills, proud Cap from Bowen gets my vote.
