Yeah, I have the floating hands as well. I think that every one of these comes like that. However, the gap is small and doesn't bother me at all. Like you said though, paint chips are a no go. Thankfully, I didn't have any on mine.

Michael Crawford's review of the Silvestri Batman. Pretty much affirms what has been said here already. Oh well.

It seems like I got really lucky. No issues with mine. It's too bad this one has problems. It really makes me not want to get any more of these.

Well, my PO for the Mcfarlane Bats has been canceled by DCBS. It's going to be offered again with a $135 price tag instead. Looks like I'll be passing on this piece.

Yeah. Although, the $135 is the suggested retail price. They will have a better price when listed again. Not as good as their normal prices though.

Yeah, it'll be 32% off, but now I'm looking at about $100 shipped. Don't think these little B&W pieces are worth that much. I'm pretty much out of the game at those prices.

Hopefully this will be a one time thing. But you're right, if it's like this going forward, I'll be out too.

I believe this will be a one time thing. The regular prices will be going up from the $80 price that it's been for years, up to $90. That to me feel like a lot, but if that raises the quality back up then ok. This Mcfarlane piece BTW is still listed as $100 on my orders page at Sideshow. Not sure if they will change the price, or if I got him before the price went up, and they will honor the original list price.
