With NRD, everything must already be in full detail and SS must come clean and leave no room for discrepancies. Not even with final sculpt, paint app must be up to scratch and edition size must not be changed.
You want money up front, this is how you gotta play.

Now, in this instance, VS, I 150% agree with you. It is infuriating when companies begin to do really well, and they stop listening to the customers that took them there in the first place.
Just like most people here, I think that if they're going to be charging cancellation fees, and assessing non-refundable deposits, then customers need to have all the appropriate information up front.
Would you buy a car having absolutely no clue what kind of gas mileage you will get?

That's fine that you like multiple scales but that should not bar you from voting for full disclosure for your fellow friendly collectors. : )

What is wrong with having all information at order time. Will it be bad for you? No.
At this point, you are just arguing for arguments sake everyone has already shot down every issue you have come up with and pointed out to you that it is only fair for collectors to know what they are putting money down on.
Apples are not good measurements. Estimated production sizes are wrong.
We put money down as a deposit on preorder so scale information should be there.
So the question comes down to, do you help your fellow collectors with different views or be selfish and stand againt them in a very clear issue of full disclosure when you put money down.

I guess the answers to the poll question should have been Yes and Yes?
You guys may as well yell at the OP for asking such an asinine question and even setting up the poll to begin with

Actually this is a valid concern and a good poll by the OP.

It shouldn't be a hassle for me to make an informed decision about a product a retailer is trying to solicit to me. The apple is a ridiculous instrument of measure; they should have used a plain old ruler to provide accurate disclosure. Alternatively include one of the stupid plastic apples in at least one order for all customers allowing them to make an inormed choice in the future.

They should also as a rule post at least one picture of it at level, side by side with the companion pieces from the set. If the pieces are not meant to be displayed in this manner then two pictures , one as described above and one in the conceptualized set up.
