Thanks.
I can't say enough good things about the print itself and I can't stop staring at it now that it's framed.
To me the variant is the way to go too as the orange leaves work SO much better thematically than the red IMO. That said this is a very rare print with the last one selling for $750 so best of luck should you choose to track one down. I don't see this piece declining in value either. Winning the EB Cinema Poster of the Year for 2012 probably even increased it's popularity.

Had no idea it was going for so much on the aftermarket.

I was late to the game on it and it had risen to the low $300s. I scoffed, would never pay that much for one print. Now look at the last 3 auctions...$450, then $550, then $650.

Those prices must be on the regular. It has been gaining a lot of steam lately. The variant has never dipped below $600, mostly because its near impossible to obtain with an ES of only 65 and AP run of 28.

Yeah, those were only regulars. The regular has actually done better IMO considering it was only $40 I think vs variant which was $200 to begin with.

I got my Stout Captain America back from the framer last week. Nothing fancy.....just a black aluminum frame with UV blocking glass and acid free foam-core. Only $69.99 + tax though. I think it turned out pretty nice - simple just like I wanted.
