Thanks.
Found on Instagram.
Akihito said he's done this as a 1:1 prototype for CoolProps - but no mention if Prime 1 are involved.

I wish they would offer 2 versions of these: cheaper and deluxe with better dreads and more shoulders and chest.

A lifesize newborn bust from the artists themselves from ADI is 4 more Gs than the CP Newborn. Quite a big gap in price haha. It would be fair to price it up for that good Prime 1 proto track record. But very cool bust, I really like Akihito art. Very unique indeed.

I'd seen that before - but HADN'T realised it had gone up for sale as a pre-paint.
REALLY nice piece (love Aki's work) but unfortunately, it's a bit too pricey for what it is, and no way I'm giving Cinemaquette any further business.

Does coolprops listen to fan feedback and make changes much like xm? Would love if that wolf bust had separate dreadlocks. Not a deal breaker i don't think but it would be nice.

Well, that's um... that's quite something.
I don't know how they were able to do such a good job on Scar and drop the ball completely on Wolf. This looks like a bootleg in comparison.

Looks like this piece may be history, cancelled by Coolprops. Got my order cancelled at PopCultcha, plus a few other people getting their orders cancelled. A bit relieved actually, a bit less $$ and PITA refrigerator size boxes to deal with.
