why not, Spidey takes him out all the time and Hank isn't too far behind Pete in the Speed, Strength and Agility areas and he's smarter to boot |

Hawkeye would win over DD because he knows DD's weakness. (I still don't understand why DD has not asked Mr. Fantastic for some help concerning this)
I think Hank would win against the Lizard but just barely. The Lizard is stronger and almost as fast as Spider-Man but he's acting on instinct so Hank would have to outsmart him.

The Beast is chronically underestimated, IMHO. The Lizard would be a tough fight, but I'm confident Hank could take him.
The crux of this fight is Clint knowing DD's weakness to sonic attacks.

But is the Beast as strong and fast as Spider-Man? The Lizard, I believe is at or above Spidey's strength level. Yes, per HTA, Hank's smarter than The Lizard but if you can't hurt him and must suffer the pain of that killer tail, I think you're in trouble. |
