If you prefer the XM Superman, you should check out version B of the statue… more elaborate… and more expensive.

I like the P1 with custom cape. However, never liked the head sculpt. Wouldn't mind an Eric Sosa or even a modded Tweeterhead like portrait.

And those dull paint colors look horrible. The Sideshow piece needs a tweak on the portrait but it still blows away all these cheap looking pieces people are comparing it to. The Tweeterhead portrait as well? No. Just no. Another cheap looking statue. The Sideshow piece has small issues like height and portrait but is still better than all the others mentioned here. Wait for aftermarket and you'll get the Sideshow piece for 400 dollars tho

Thanks those are great comic examples of this type of Supes! The new SS Supes reflects the Man of Steel I grew up with.

Agreed. I wouldn?t mind a better portrait too.

Overall the sculpt and proportions on the hush Superman are pretty good. In 1/4, it would be an awesome classic Supes.

IMHO the black suit version has a better portrait (the short hair portrait). Otherwise I prefer the classic coloured costume.

Personally, the P1 Hush portraits are no better than this SS one, in terms of looking more like Punisher, to me, than Supes.

Concur. If we had a portrait more like this ...

from komodo112:

...for the P1 Hush Supes, then it would be amazing. I'd get that in 1/4 scale for sure.
