Prime 1: Street Fighter V - Akuma

Ordered this straight from Prime 1 on May 6, the last day of their recent sale. Got the Ultimate (the only version I would have bought - for the classic hair) for only $719!

It's only my second Prime 1 piece (first direct), and I'm aware of horror stories regarding customer service. I've got a little 'buyer beware' to tell, but it's not that serious.

#1, right after I placed the order, I happened to see a link on their site stating that shipments to the US would be prohibited now, if the statue contains button batteries. This does - so I was anticipating a cancellation notice that never came...

#2, it arrived today! Out of the blue. No notification. Lucky I was home (required FedEx signature). The site claims it was economy shipping, and could take up to 4 weeks....? I received no emails, no tracking. And just logged in to see wtf was up, and my order still says "processing", with no tracking number listed.

It all worked out this time, but it doesn't appear to be a well run business.

Addendum to my Prime 1 report: I got Akuma Wednesday. I then got two emails from Prime 1. The first at exactly 12am Thursday, with a tracking number, and stating my order had shipped... then 21 minutes later, I got a second email stating my shipment was delivered.

Hilarious.

I have become a bit of a lurker. I still check in here and there but life has been a little busy lately so I don't hit nearly as many threads as before. Always nice to pop in and see people I recognize still posting.
